TBOS Loadboard

Post your daily load list free.
Just CC us.

Add [email protected] to the list you already email carriers. We list every load we can read and show the results on your broker page. Mark the loads you would give a new authority, and new carriers can find them.

Free · Email, spreadsheet or API · No posting subscription

NO NEW WORK FOR YOUR TEAM

The list you already send. One more address.

01

Create a free broker account.

Your company name, MC number and phone go on every load, so carriers know who posted it. Confirm your email and turn on email posting.

02

CC [email protected] on your daily list.

We read lane lines, tables and CSV attachments, list every load we can read and show the results on your broker page. Direct emails also receive a summary reply; automated messages and mailing lists do not. You can also paste rows from a spreadsheet or post from your TMS by API.

03

Send it again tomorrow.

A load you send again updates its listing instead of making a copy. Loads drop off after the pickup date. Mark a load booked from your broker page and it stays down.

ANOTHER PLACE TO LIST YOUR FREIGHT

A simple public posting channel.

Use TBOS Loadboard alongside your existing carrier relationships and other freight tools. Publish a spot load with its lane, equipment and pickup date, then share its public listing link with carriers.

The board is growing. Posting is free, and there is no promise of a response or a covered load. You choose the carrier and handle qualification, rate confirmation and booking directly.

Make the posting useful.

  • Specify dry van, reefer, flatbed, hotshot or the equipment your load actually requires.
  • Include weight, appointment details and handling instructions when known.
  • Label the rate as a flat amount or per mile, and explain any conditions.
  • Use a business contact who can answer questions about the load.

NEW AUTHORITIES

Have loads you would give a new carrier?

Many brokers will not book an authority in its first 90 days, so new carriers spend their first months looking for the brokers who will. Tick “Open to new authorities” on a load, or write “new authorities OK” on it in your email, and it carries a badge on the board.

New carriers can show only those loads. You still qualify every carrier your own way; the badge only says you will consider them.

Before you post

Is it free to post loads?

Yes. Posting on TBOS Loadboard is free, by email, spreadsheet, API or the one-load form. It does not need a paid TBOS business-software plan.

Who can post by email?

Broker accounts with a confirmed email and email posting turned on. We list a message only when it passes the sender checks (DMARC or DKIM) for your domain and comes from your account address or your company domain. Anything else is not listed.

What if you cannot read part of my email?

We list what we can read. Your broker page shows the posting results and why any lines were skipped: usually a missing pickup date, city and state, or equipment type. Direct emails also receive a summary reply; automated messages and mailing lists do not.

How do carriers contact me?

Carriers see the contact details you include in the listing. Add a business email and, if useful, a phone number. Those details are public; keep private documents and payment information out of the posting.

Can I remove or renew a load?

Yes. After publishing, save the private management link shown on the confirmation screen. Use it to mark the load booked, remove it or renew its pickup date. Expired postings and past pickup dates are excluded from available-load search.

Does TBOS book the carrier for me?

No. Posting connects you with interested carriers. You confirm the load, qualify the carrier and agree on the booking through your own process.

Send tomorrow’s list here too.

Create the account, confirm your email, then CC [email protected].
