FOR BROKERS
Three ways to post, none of them new work.
Every way needs a free broker account, so carriers see your company, MC number and phone on each load. Posting is free.
Create a free broker account →1. Email: CC [email protected]
On your broker page, confirm your email and turn on email posting. Then add [email protected] to the load list you already send carriers, as To, Cc or Bcc. Send from your account address or another address at your company domain.
We list every load we can read and show the posting results and skipped lines on your broker page. Direct emails also receive a summary reply; automated messages and mailing lists do not. Each load needs a pickup city and state, a delivery city and state, a pickup date and the equipment. If every load in the email uses one trailer, saying it in the subject (“Reefer loads for Friday”) is enough. CSV attachments work too.

Load # Origin Destination Pickup Equipment Rate 8841 Phoenix, AZ Las Vegas, NV 10/02 Reefer $1,200
We only list a message that passes the sender checks (DMARC or DKIM) for your domain. Forwarded copies and messages from other addresses are not listed.
2. Spreadsheet: paste the rows
Copy the rows from Excel or Google Sheets, header row included, and paste them on your broker page. Check the rows first: we show each load we read and each row we would skip, then you post.
Headers we recognise include Origin, Destination (or Pickup City, Pickup State, Delivery City, Delivery State), Pickup Date, Equipment or Trailer, Rate or Pay, Weight, Miles, Load #, Notes and New Authority OK. Columns we do not recognise go into the notes.
3. API: post from your TMS
Create a key on your broker page and send JSON to POST https://tbos.app/api/v1/loads with Authorization: Bearer tbos_brk_…. Send one load as an object, or up to 200 as { "loads": [...] }.
curl -X POST https://tbos.app/api/v1/loads \
-H "Authorization: Bearer tbos_brk_YOUR_KEY" \
-H "Content-Type: application/json" \
-d '{

Updates, duplicates and booked loads
A load is the same load when it has the same reference, or, without one, the same lane, pickup date and equipment. Sending it again updates the listing. Mark a load booked or remove it on your broker page and a later list will not bring it back. Listings drop off after the pickup date.
